IC United is a dedicated Direct Support Professional service provider committed to excellence, safety, and dignity. We partner closely with care team to deliver textbook, fully licensed residential and community-based support across Ohio. Our trained professionals assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in daily living, skill building, and meaningful community engagement. At IC United, services are person centered, compliant, and thoughtfully tailored to each individual’s goals. Professional Care Team
Our care team is composed of qualified, trained, and background-verified professionals who meet all state and organizational requirements. Staff maintain current certifications in CPR and First Aid and receive training in medication administration, health and safety, individual rights, and person-centered care to ensure consistent, high-quality support.
